Insanity - Week 10

If you did not get a chance to look at my Week 9 Scorecard, then I’ll let you in on a secret: I barely did Insanity last week. But because I believe in finishing what you started and finishing strong, I am doing the last week of Insanity again. If you read about my goals from Week 9, then you also know that I was struggling with deciding what exercise program to do next. Well, God smiled on me and let me know what I needed to do. I decided that I am going to be doing two exercise programs; P90X and Turbofire.
I was very hesitant about buying P90X because I had already bought Turbofire, but I knew I needed to put strength training back into my routine. Also, I was not sure if I would like Tony Horton after falling in love with Shaun T. Fortunately, one of my colleagues had P90X and he let me borrow it while the other had a chin up bar and let me borrow that. Isn’t God good all the time? That’s one of the wonderful things about working in an all-male department, (besides actually gaining some insight into how men really think), they work out!
